Colombian Green
Who would equate Colombia and tea? Most wouldn’t. However, we do have the advantage of having Elvira Cardenas as a tea taster, and she is a terrific one. So, when she said someone in her country made delicious tea, we gave it a try. The company is called Himalaya because it is located in the mountains of Colombia, in the town of La Cumbre, and respects tea traditions. We chose black and green tea. They are both quite tasty and worth a try.
