Rou Gui Oolong
It is a pleasure again to offer Rou Gui. We love the roasted fruit flavors that come out of this oolong. The Wuyi Mountains of Fujian in China, the same location as Da Hong Pao, are the source of this tea. The cinnamon notes are naturally occurring parts of this tea plant. The Chen family, a 3rd generation family of tea makers, harvested and offered this year’s crop.
